Please note:

• Minimum Stay of 2 nights.  Holidays 3 nights. December 7 nights.
• Non-smoking.
• Check Out:  10.30am and Check In:  Between 2pm and 6pm, unless other arrangements are made prior to arrival.
• A deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation, balance is due 2 weeks before arrival.
• Any reservations needed in less than 7 days, requires full, upfront payment before arrival – non refundable.
• If we have not received the payment on time, the booking will be cancelled, unless different conditions were agreed in writing.
• All amounts are net of any bank or transfer charges.
• A booking is only valid with our written booking confirmation via email.
• Certain Pets Welcome – prior arrangement please.
• Rates subject to change.

Terms of Cancellation:

A full refund on cancellations after booking will be granted if 30 days notice is received in writing.  A 2 week notice cancellation will be refunded 50% of the total booking.  A 1 week notice cancellation will be refunded 25% of the total booking and 100% of the booking price will be kept should the notice period be less than 1 week.
